Once you submit your order number, you'll see one of the following stages:

Rootsy has already generated your shipping label through our logistics partners.
Your seller is carefully packing your item.
This step may take 1–3 business days depending on the product.
Your order has been picked up by the carrier and is on the way.
You'll see your:
Your package is with the driver and will arrive soon.
Your order was successfully delivered to the address provided.
Rootsy monitors each shipment end-to-end to ensure smooth delivery.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the seller hands the package to the carrier.
This is completely normal.
If it's been more than 48 hours with no tracking movement, contact our support team — we will review it for you.
